Cancellation Policy

Providence Senior Transition offers free consultations to help families understand senior living options and next steps for their loved one. There is no cost to families for this consultation. Please schedule a time that works best for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask that you provide notice as soon as possible so the appointment time can be made available to another family. During the consultation, we may ask basic questions about your loved one’s current living situation, care needs, location, preferred timeline, and any urgent concerns such as hospital discharge, memory care needs, safety at home, or caregiver burnout. All information shared during the consultation will be treated with care and used only to help guide your family toward appropriate senior living and transition options.
